Archbishop Sample claims both the Catechism of Trent and Nostra Aetate says Jews bear no guilt for killing Christ. The Catechism actually says "The Jews crucified the Lord of glory." Nostra Aetate actually says: "True, the Jewish authorities and those who followed their lead pressed for the death of Christ." And Scripture, the unanimous consent of the Fathers and Doctors, and pre-Vatican II Magisterium all concur that the Jews killed Christ.
